Certain academic programs offered by Indiana University prepare students to apply for licensure or certification. To meet federal disclosure regulations, IU must provide information to students indicating whether completion of one of these preparatory programs meets the curricula requirements for licensure or certification in the state where the student is located. To find information about a licensure program, select your campus and program from the interactive map below. Licensing agencies and program URLs are also provided in this map.
Professional Licensure Disclosure Information by Program
The information provided here is limited to the program's determination of whether these educational programs, if successfully completed, meet a state's educational requirements. IU cannot provide verification of an individual's eligibility to meet licensure or certification requirements unrelated to its educational programming, and students are encouraged to contact their program to address specific licensure questions.
Changes in state laws or regulations may affect eligibility for licensure, and this interactive map may be updated in the future. Additionally, states differ as to which professions are regulated through licensure requirements. Students are strongly encouraged to contact their state's licensure entity to review all licensure and certification requirements imposed by their state(s) of choice.
This interactive map is presented in a visual dashboard format. For accessibility assistance or concerns, or to request text-based licensure information for the campus and program you are interested in, please contact ooelisc@iu.edu.
